“Rented 2 jet skis on Lake Leelanau on Sunday, July 24. The entire experience was terrific, exactly as explained, no surprises, the jet skis were in great condition, delivered on-time, etc. Alex Dingrando was excellent, explained everything in full, and when a stormfront came in a little earlier in the day than expected, we called him from the water and he literally met us at the ramp just as we pulled in—FANtastic customer service!! Only complaint is/was the price–a bit high–but given the superior experience and well-maintained equipment it was worth it. Who knows, maybe we’ll be asking you for a “returning customer discount” next year! Thanks!”
“Great place! A+ My family and I were visiting my parents and we wanted to rent a couple jet-skis. It was the weekend and we knew it would be tough to find something so late. I called a few other places w/o success and finally called Sunset Watersports. They were able to accommodate us and get us on the water. We all had a great time and will definitely be back next time.
